Objective is mock Bollywood and to beautify women of many shapes. The purpose of the images being distorted is to show the shattered image of women in Bollywood. Inspired by Hollywood, Bollywood began its popularity in the 50’s and became the number one entertainment in South East Asia in the 80’s. Despite of its beautiful colors and wonderful songs, there are rules and limitations set on the actress. After a certain age (around 30 to 40), these beautiful actresses will disappear into retirement to become a role model, as what the industry expect them to do.

Installation:

There will be 6 televisions that will be stacked on top of each other in a cubic style. 2 projectors will be played on the walls surrounding the televisions as d-Gurlz video continuously loop. Each television will play its own music video and muted/discolored until it replays.
