Project - Green b screen ;/

CONCEPT:

The movie captures the lost souls that are trap in the living world. Invisible to the human, they move in an endless eternity, confuse and lost, unable to remember of their past lives. These women have one thing in common; they are the victim of a psycho killer. The movie will revolve around the souls as they continue to drift until rays of lights shine on them, reminding who they were before their sudden death.

SYNOPSIS:

THE SCHOOL HALLWAY is empty. Suddenly, a light appear. A girl is seen standing on air. The girl disappears and reappears again. Her name is Shee Reen. She looks puzzled. Lost somewhere in her world, unable to see or remember anything. She is not the only. The scene cuts to THE FRONT OF THE SCHOOL. We see a silhouette of Camille floating on air. She disappears. Then Lauren appears IN A TUNNEL THAT CONNECTS THE SCHOOL BUILDINGS to other buildings. Finally, Mary, Amber and Kitty appear in the SCHOOL’S LOBBY. They cannot see each other, but they can feel each other’s presents. BACK TO THE SCHOOL HALLWAY, the movie ends when a light shines on Shee Reen’s face.

Traditional (Dark Room) Photography using a basic 35 mm camera

My Pictures takes view on daily society in Detroit. In my project, Detroiters are busy with daily activities. Despite the bad economy and plummeting lifestyle in the Detroit society, Detroiters work hard trying to maintain their life as normal as possible. The pictures of the people in my project symbolize the reality we are facing, but also share the beauty of Detroit.

One of the people I took picture was busy looking for bottles in each trash bin; he did not even care if people glare at him. This is a sight that has become more common and is now a part of daily life in Detroit.

The next picture shows a man trying to read the newspaper headlines through the glass rather than buy it showing that he is part of the community that care about what happens in the news but cannot afford to buy the paper. To me, this is a symbolic of individual hope.

The last picture shows a man and woman talking despite their surroundings and personal situation. People can still be civil and polite to one another. Together, these pictures illustrate the undying sense of community present in the streets of Detroit. Having endured the worst economic hardship that any city can be subjected to, Detroit is still fighting. And as long as Detroit keeps fighting, the city will survive.

more interesting reference

new interesting art

Im looking of a way to express my video.. I'm thinking the best and fastest way for me to finish my first piece of the semester is through motion graphic.. Im going to make my video look a lil bit cartoonish and unrealistic but yet, it gives the horror/fear I hope to express through the movie.

sample i love from the kellerhouse website

still searching for clues..

may need to find a title too..

theme - research - demonic posession

ok.. i know this is crazy.. but im always into dark subjects.. now im thinking.. whats the best way to show extreme lights.. Horror.. suspense.. DEMONIC THINGS..

ok.. first project - demonic possessions...

self-turmoil.. fighting over body possession..

Im still looking for ideas.. may not be demonic.. but maybe i'll do thriller..

My research - Mathilde ter Heijne

My first movie project covers more on blood and internal emotional turbulence of a girl fighting with the thoughts of suiciding and living.. Probably gonna involve a lot of blood and gore.. probably gonna play with red and blue light.

Im looking through a book i found in the library about Mathilde ter heijne.

Hopefully, i'll find more ideas in her artwork
